Satisfying Tonights Hunger for Something Good is Lisa (Johnson) Kara from Zinc Nutrition's Cherry Niiice Cream recipe. Ice cream is one of the most common late night cravings which is why Lisa created this.
What makes it nice (and thus good)?: its made with 3 simple ingredients that calm your body instead of traditional ice cream treats that cause digestive problems and blood sugar disorder. Ewwwwwwww.
Plus the main ingredient is cherries which are a good source of melatonin so it promotes a good night sleep and makes a perfect late night snack.
Lisa (Johnson) Kara from Zinc Nutrition stops by to give us TWO ways to satisfy that late night craving for something good. Apple rounds (healthier than rice cakes) served savory and sweet.
